BIOGRAPHY

Aitan Lerner obtained a four year B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from a University in New York City. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, earning his LL.B. In 1996. Since his call to the Bar in Ontario in 1998, Aitan Lerner has always maintained a criminal law practice. Aitan was the managing partner of a Toronto litigation firm until he set up his own Criminal Law Practice in 2002 so he may focus his practice exclusively in the area of criminal law.

Representing many clients in the area of drunk driving charges, Aitan obtained a certification as an Intoxilyzer Breath Alcohol Technician in 2005 in order to better serve his clients.

While Aitan Lerner's criminal law practice has him appearing in all of the Toronto criminal courts, his criminal law practice extends to the Greater Toronto Area as well as all criminal courts Province wide.
